Position : House Keeping Lecturer
Experience : Minimum BHM, perferably MHM.
Criteria : Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Hotel Management Schools, OR
3 years of House Keeping experience and 1 year of teaching experience.
Status : Full time or part time basis.
Salary : Based on Experience

Post: Administrative Assistant (Internship Department)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative assistants may perform the following tasks:
- Write business letters & correspondences, reports, emails and office memoranda using word processing programs
- Answer telephone enquiries, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, computers and faxes
- Assist with all aspects of administrative management, logistics
- Coordination with Local Embassies and Nepal Government Agencies & Offices
- Assist with students presentation in PowerPoint
- Manage files, papers and documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Perform multifaceted general office support
- Research
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Knowledge in Social Network is a PLUS
- Experience in related field is a PLUS
